Instructions for installation of handrails
Installation requires skill, strength and a limited amount of equipment. Essential equipment for handrail installation: hot-air gun, disc cutter, plastic welder, fine-grade sandpaper (no. 100), measuring tape, retractable knife, highlighter, polishing agent, cut marker, silicone sealant, 45-degree angle cutter.

Usage instructions
1.
Measure the railing – length necessary for the first handrail piece.
2.
Measure the required handrail length. For ease of use, straighten the handrail next to a wall.
3.
Use tools and a highlighter to mark the right cut length and angle.
4.
Use scissors or a disc cutter to cut the handrail to the required length.
5.
Measure the second handrail piece to be connected to the first piece.
6.
Use scissors or a disc cutter to cut the handrail to the required length.
7.
Use a plastic welder to heat both ends of the handrail pieces.
8.
Press both ends together while hot.
9.
Slide the handrail onto the railing. For ease of installation, use a hot-air gun to gently preheat the handrail.
10.
Spread the inner handrail edges while hot and slide them onto the railing.
11.
Use a knife to remove excessive material in corner joints.
12.
Use fine-grade sandpaper to smooth corner joints.
13.
Polish the joint surface. Treat the joint with silicone sealant.
