|1.||Measure the railing – length necessary for the first handrail piece.|
|2.||Measure the required handrail length. For ease of use, straighten the handrail next to a wall.|
|3.||Use tools and a highlighter to mark the right cut length and angle.|
|4.||Use scissors or a disc cutter to cut the handrail to the required length.|
|5.||Measure the second handrail piece to be connected to the first piece.|
|6.||Use scissors or a disc cutter to cut the handrail to the required length.|
|7.||Use a plastic welder to heat both ends of the handrail pieces.|
|8.||Press both ends together while hot.|
|9.||Slide the handrail onto the railing. For ease of installation, use a hot-air gun to gently preheat the handrail.|
|10.||Spread the inner handrail edges while hot and slide them onto the railing.|
|11.||Use a knife to remove excessive material in corner joints.|
|12.||Use fine-grade sandpaper to smooth corner joints.|
|13.||Polish the joint surface.
Treat the joint with silicone sealant.
